Evaluation for potential transfer of certain A–10 aircraft among military departments

by striking by this Act or by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 ( Public Law 117–263 ) and inserting to the Department of Defense for any of fiscal years 2023 through 2030 ; and

by inserting to another military department or after evaluated for potential transfer .
