327. Authorization of sustainable aviation fuel procurement Section 2911 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: (k) Sustainable aviation fuel procurement The Secretary of Defense may procure sustainable aviation fuel for operational or training purposes at a cost that exceeds the cost of conventional petroleum based aviation fuel. .
