1117. Prohibition on availability of funds for termination of DODEA, childcare, and healthcare workers None of the funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act or otherwise made available for fiscal year 2027 for the Department of Defense may be obligated or expended to terminate employees of Military Child Development Programs, employees of the Department of Defense 9 Education Activity, or employees of the Defense Health Agencies or the healthcare workforce within the Department regardless of whether such positions are funded by appropriated or nonappropriated funds, unless the employee was documented as not performing or engaging in misconduct.
