541. Clarification of qualifications for judge advocates Section 806(a)(1)(B) of title 10, United States Code (article 6(a)(1)(B) of the Uniform Code of Military Justice), is amended by striking license status that provides current eligibility to actively practice law before such court and inserting license status, in good standing, that provides eligibility to practice law .
