(a) Eligibility of a member already subject to a period of obligated service
Section 710 of title 10, United States Code, is amended, in subsection (a), by adding at the end the following new paragraph:
(b) Minimum length of program
Such section is further amended, in subsection (b)(1), by inserting and the minimum period shall be one month after may not exceed three years .
