Expanded access to dental care for certain dependents Paragraph (2) of section 1077(c) of title 10, United States Code, is amended to read as follows: (2) Dependents who are covered by a dental plan established under section 1076a of this title may be treated on a space available basis by postgraduate dental residents in a dental treatment facility of the uniformed services under a graduate dental education program accredited by the American Dental Association if the Secretary of Defense determines that adequate resources exist to provide such treatment. .
