in the section heading, by striking on domestic cats and dogs and inserting on certain animals ; and

in subsection (a), by striking a domestic cat ( Felis catu s) or a domestic dog ( Canis familiaris ) and inserting a domestic cat ( Felis catus ), a domestic dog ( Canis familiaris ), or a nonhuman member of the order Primates .
