779. Removal of peptides from prohibited performance enhancing substances list The Secretary of Defense may not include legally available peptides on the prohibited dietary supplement ingredients list established pursuant to Department of Defense Instruction 6130.06, or any other similar list of substances that are prohibited for use by a member of the Armed Forces without a medical exemption, if the member of the Armed Forces obtains and uses such peptides in a manner that is lawful in the location of the member.
