Section 109 of title 41, United States Code, is amended—

by striking $75,000,000 (based on fiscal year 1980 constant dollars) and inserting $275,000,000 ; and
by striking $300,000,000 (based on fiscal year 1980 constant dollars) and inserting $1,300,000,000 ; and
in subsection (b)(2), by striking $750,000 (based on fiscal year 1980 constant dollars) and inserting $2,000,000 .
(2) Simplified procedures for small purchases
(A) Title 10
Section 3205(a)(2) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking $5,000,000 and inserting $10,000,000 .
(B) Title 41
Title 41, United States Code, is amended—
in section 1901(a)(2), by striking $5,000,000 and inserting $10,000,000 ; and
in section 3305(a)(2), by striking $5,000,000 and inserting $10,000,000 .
(3) Simplified acquisition threshold

Section 3571 of title 10, United States Code, is amended—

Section 3502(a) of title 41, United States Code, is amended—
