1073. Limitation on availability of funds for travel expenses of Office of the Secretary of Defense until submission certain assessment Of the funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act for fiscal year 2027 for operation and maintenance, Defense-wide, and available for the Office of the Secretary of Defense for travel expenses, not more than 95 percent may be obligated or expended until the Secretary of Defense submits the assessment required by section 835(a)(1) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024 (Public Law 118‑31; 137 Stat. 338).
