(1)

the Taliban;

(2)

the Government of Afghanistan;

(3)

any subsidiary, agent, instrumentality, or successor of the Taliban; or

(4)

an entity or foreign country that solicits or accepts support or assistance from the United States with the intent to forward or transfer that support or assistance to the Taliban or the Government of Afghanistan.
