Section 53202(a)(2) of title 46, United States Code, is amended by striking two and inserting not less than 6 .
(b) Authorization of appropriations
Section 53209 of title 46, United States Code, is amended by striking $10,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2021 through 2035 and inserting $30,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2027 through 2040 .
