(a) Strategy and plan to implement certain defense intelligence reforms

Section 1622 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 ( Public Law 117–81 ; 10 U.S.C. 421 note prec.) is repealed.

(b) Briefing on Department of Defense plan to deter and counter adversaries in the information environment

Section 1560 of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 ( Public Law 117–263 ; 136 Stat. 2927) is repealed.
