1701. Availability of funds for Department of Defense State Partnership Program Section 341(e)(1)(A) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by inserting , including costs incurred with respect to activities beginning in a fiscal year and ending not later than the end of the first fiscal year thereafter before the semicolon.
