Extension of Comptroller General assessments and reports on compliance with procurement requirements relating to rare earth elements and strategic and critical materials

in paragraph (3)(A) by inserting , including any recommendations that the Comptroller General considers appropriate before the period at the end; and

in subsection (c)(5) by striking the date that is 5 years after the date of the enactment of this Act and inserting the date that is 12 years after the date of the enactment of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2027 .
