Modification of authority to carry out fiscal year 2026 project at Joint Region Marianas, Guam In the case of the authorization contained in the table in section 2101 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2026 (division B of Public Law 119–60 ; 139 Stat. 1265) for Joint Region Marianas, Guam, for construction of PDI: Guam Defense System, EIAMD, Phase 2 (Inc), at that location, the Secretary of the Army may construct a 2,496 square foot pump house and 648,000 gallon non-portable water storage tank.
