2308. Authority to carry out project at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida The Secretary of the Air Force may carry out a military construction project to construct a 6,934 square meter Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) and Air Battle Management Systems (ABMS) Test Facility at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, in the amount of $87,800,000 using funds made available in fiscal year 2027, or any subsequent fiscal year, for research, development, test, and evaluation.
