Modification to pilot program for military construction projects to replace certain military unaccompanied housing facilities

(1)

in subsection (a)—

(A)

by striking a covered military unaccompanied housing facility ;

(B)

in paragraph (1), by striking that such Secretary determines is and inserting covered military housing facilities that such Secretary determines are ; and

(C)

by striking paragraph (2) and inserting the following:

in subsection (d), by adding at the end the following new sentence: Charges for goods and services provided through a working capital fund may not include amounts necessary to recover costs of military construction projects funded under the pilot program. ;

(3)

in subsection (f), by striking shall terminate on and all that follows through this Act and inserting shall terminate on October 1, 2032 ; and

(4)

in subsection (g)—

(A)

by redesignating paragraph (2) as paragraph (3); and

(B)

by inserting after paragraph (1) the following new paragraph (2):
