amended in subsection (a)(1), by striking until the date that is 10 years after the date of the enactment of this Act and inserting through December 31, 2032 ;

(2)

transferred to subtitle C of the National Nuclear Security Administration Act ( 50 U.S.C. 2441 et seq. );

(3)

inserted after section 3241A of such Act; and

(4)

redesignated as section 3242.
