Assessment of channel depths and placement of aids to navigation Not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the President shall submit to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure and the Committee on Natural Resources of the House of Representative and the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation and the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate a proposal to improve coordination between the Army Corps of Engineers, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and the Coast Guard with respect to the measurement and publication of channel depths and real time physical oceanographic data with respect to Federal navigation channels and the timely marking of such channels with aids to navigation especially after any changes to such channels as a result of construction or a natural disaster.
