641. Use of commissary stores by employees of the Department of Defense Education Activity and military child development centers Section 1066(a) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: (3) An employee of the Department of Defense Education Activity or a military child development center may be permitted to use commissary stores and MWR retail facilities on the same basis as members of the armed forces on active duty. .
