Single-use shopping bags in commissary stores Section 2485 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: (j) Single-use shopping bags The Defense Commissary Agency may not prohibit the use of, or charge a fee for, single-use shopping bags in a commissary store. .
