1246. Modification of Taiwan Security Cooperation Initiative Subsection (d) of section 1323 of the Servicemember Quality of Life Improvement and National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2025 ( Public Law 118–159 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: (3) Fiscal year 2027 Of the amounts authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 2027 for the Department of Defense, not more than $1,000,000,000 may be made available for the purposes of subsection (a). .
