Oversight of United States military posture on the Korean peninsula Section 1268 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2026 ( Public Law 119–60 ) is amended by striking Amounts authorized to be appropriated by this Act may not be obligated or expended and inserting None of the amounts authorized to be appropriated by this Act or otherwise made available for fiscal years 2026 or 2027 may be obligated or expended .
