Modification of authority to carry out fiscal year 2026 project at Pacific Missile Range Facility Barking Sands, Hawaii In the case of the authorization contained in the table in section 2201 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2026 (division B of Public Law 119–60 ; 139 Stat. 1268) for construction of PDI: Airfield Pavement Upgrades at Pacific Missile Range Facility Barking Sands, Hawaii, the Secretary of the Navy may expand airfield pavement areas to 280,000 square meters to mitigate the risk of aircraft hydroplane.
